Item Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Package Shipping Time
ProcessingTime: The order processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the stock status of the individual product. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order (while some items may need 3-5 business days). We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.
Shipping Time: Shipping partners- USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL company. Normally, we will ship the product customer ordered from the nearest warehouse. Customers will get their items in 5-10 business days. However, we can not promise products customers want are in stock every time. Transfer cargo needs more time.

Free Shipping: We provide free shipping service on order over $60. And not supporting any overnight shipping now. (Free shipping terms subject to change, and may not apply to all products.)
Multiple Items
We will ship your order as items become available, so there are times when you will receive multiple shipments. But we will not charge you more fees.
⚠️ATTENTION
- The time mentioned above is just ETA(Estimated Time of Arrival), and most of our shipped packages can be delivered in time. If your delivery time is on a holiday(Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving, etc.) or facing other force majeure(Blizzard, typhoon and other extreme weather), the shipping time may longer than normal.
- Please leave sufficient details about your shipping address to ensure smooth delivery, it would be better if your shipping address can be accurate to Apt/unit number. A correct email is mandatory for receiving order confirmation and shipping notification. The phone number is required for being contacted by the delivery man if necessary.
- Please note that Ecupper is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping address, wrong post/zip code, blank mobile column. Non-delivery or extra shipping costs due to personal reasons will not be taken by Ecupper.
- Your order can be tracked in detail only when it arrives in the destination country. Especially for standard shipping and expedited shipping, please kindly allow some working days of delivery to your address, even likely " not found ". Thanks for your patience. Should you have any questions, please reach out to our customer service.
- Ecupper is always highly concerned about the quality rather than the quantity, regarding this if your ordered product can’t pass the quality inspection then it might take extra 1/2 days for re-production that may delay the delivery a little.
